When anxiety and fear show up what do you do? Do you run from them? Confront them? Or sit with them and allow what is coming up internally to come up to see it for what it is.
When we sit with the "Squirm" sending love to it to the best of our ability, we find ourselves beginning to live in the present moment where God can actually take care of it.
Sitting with the SQUIRM is allowing ourselves to feel the anxiety and then let it pass by showing love to it. This in turn opens up a whole world of possibility and synchronicity in the spirit.
